Why a reseal, not a re-caulk
We don't caulk over the old stuff.
Most "caulking" jobs just smear a new bead over failed, cracked sealant — and it fails again within a winter or two. We do it the right way: remove the old caulk completely, prep and back the joint, then seal with premium silicone and tool a clean, lasting bead.
- Old caulk removed, never buried. A reseal only lasts if the failed material comes out first.
- Professional-grade DOWSIL CWS silicone. The sealant specified on commercial buildings — it flexes through freeze-thaw instead of cracking.
- Roof to foundation. Windows, doors, fascia, flashing, siding penetrations — wherever water gets in, we seal it.

DOWSIL is the professional-grade silicone specified on commercial buildings — the opposite of the bargain acrylic caulk sold by the case at the big-box store. Here's why it matters on your home:
