Before you write to us
Two things worth knowing, so nobody's time gets wasted:
We specialise in older homes. If your house was built in the last ten or fifteen years, the original seals are very likely still doing their job. We'll tell you that honestly rather than sell you a reseal you don't need yet — and note you for a seal check down the road.
Every job carries a minimum charge — $250 before HST, a little higher for a job made up of several small items — and books with a $250 deposit (plus HST) that comes off your invoice. More openings means less per opening — the estimators do the maths with optimized accuracy.
