Build your job. Book your date.

Pick what you need — exterior caulking, interior caulking, exterior painting, or all three — price it here, and book with a $250 deposit (plus HST). Every price on this page is before HST; the 13% is added at the bottom, and the deposit comes off the invoice. The price you see is the price you pay — the terms cover the rare case where it changes on sight of the job.

Tell us where and when. We confirm the date and the deposit secures it — dates go in the order deposits arrive.

One last thing

Add the roof resealing package while we're up there?

Every flashing on the roof — chimney step and counter flashing, roof-to-wall, stacks and vents, skylights, valleys — resealed on the same visit. It is the joint that leaks furthest when it goes.

A small open joint in October is a repair. The same joint in February is a wall.
